Cristal Al-Sharari

Born in Texas, raised in Ohio, and now proud to call Salisbury, North Carolina, home, Cristal Al-Sharari brings more than 20 years of customer service experience to her role at Stowe Law Firm. Throughout her career, Cristal has built her reputation on compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Cristal attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCCC), where she earned her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, graduating with honors. Her education, combined with her extensive experience working with people, provides her with a strong foundation for supporting clients and understanding the unique needs of each case.

As a Case Coordinator, Cristal works closely with the attorneys and legal team to ensure clients have the information, documentation, and support they need throughout their legal matter. She takes pride in being a dependable resource for clients, keeping them informed, helping them understand what is expected of them, and ensuring important details are not overlooked.

Cristal believes every client deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. She understands that navigating a legal matter can be overwhelming and strives to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible. Her client-first approach reflects her belief that exceptional service begins with listening, compassion, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Outside the Office

Outside of the office, Cristal enjoys spending quality time with her son and family, making memories and enjoying the simple things in life. She loves being outdoors, especially fishing and hiking and proudly supports her son’s passion for sports particularly soccer and baseball. A proud sports mom, Cristal enjoys cheering on Charlotte FC and the Charlotte Knights and looks forward to one day watching her son take the field.
