Rebeca has been part of the firm for nearly four years, serving as an Intake Coordinator and often as one of the first points of contact for individuals facing criminal charges. She understands that being accused of a crime can be an overwhelming and uncertain experience, and she works to ensure clients feel heard, respected, and supported from their very first interaction with our firm.

In her role, Rebeca guides clients through the intake process, gathers important information, and works closely with the firm’s attorneys to facilitate effective communication. Her role also includes communicating and coordinating with attorneys throughout the county and surrounding areas. As a bilingual team member, Rebeca provides translation assistance to Spanish-speaking clients, helping ensure they understand the process and feel comfortable communicating their concerns during what can be a particularly stressful time.

Raised in Lexington and having worked in Salisbury for many years, Rebeca has developed a strong connection to the community and the people she serves. She recognizes that navigating the criminal justice system can be intimidating, especially for individuals who may be facing serious consequences for their freedom, family, employment, or future. Rebeca strives to be a welcoming and dependable point of contact, helping clients understand what to expect and making sure their questions and concerns are communicated to the legal team.

What she enjoys most about her work is helping people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Rebeca believes that every client deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion, regardless of the circumstances that brought them to the firm. She wants clients to know that they have someone in their corner and that they do not have to navigate the process alone.

Rebeca attended Davidson-Davie Community College, where she earned her Associate in Arts degree. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to live music and attending concerts, spending time with her cats and family, reading, visiting the beach, and discovering new restaurants and foods.
